This strikingly beautiful (and gluten free) dessert is a show stopper. Creamy, crunchy and luscious.. all at the same time. We sell this one with a choice of plain or fennel infused cream and raspberry or passionfruit curd. Layer it all together, garnish with some fresh fruit for a little flair and you will go down as the host with the most. Serves 8-10
