1. What are One Girl Cookies store hours?
Our store hours are Mon-Thu: 8am-5pm | Fri: 8am-6pm | Sat: 9am-6pm | Sun: 9am-5pm. You can also find us online for order pickups during these times.
2. Does One Girl Cookies offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we do offer some gluten-free and vegan options. However, please be aware that our kitchen handles ingredients like wheat, dairy, and eggs, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.
3. How far in advance should I place a custom order at One Girl Cookies?
For orders on our website, we require 48 hours so please place orders by 5pm, 2 days before requested pickup
4. Does One Girl Cookies deliver?
Yes, Grubhub offers One Girl Cookies delivery within the delivery radius. If you would like to request delivery by our messenger service for cakes, gift boxes and other items, please email us at info@onegirlcookies.com
5. Can I host a private event at One Girl Cookies?
We do host interactive birthday parties for kids (over 9 yr) and adults as we all private baking classes. You can find some more information here or by emailing us at info@onegirlcookies.com
6. What allergens are present in One Girl Cookies products?
Our products may contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Please inquire about specific ingredients that you may be allergic to. Although we take steps to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens, including gluten. If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend that you consult with our team before consuming any of our products.

Unfortunately, we do not ship our products

9. What is One Girl Cookies return policy?
Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
10. Does One Girl Cookies offer corporate catering and special orders?
Yes! You can view the options for trays of sweets and breakfast pastries for corporate and other gatherings right HERE. We also offer joe to go boxes. Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis, depending on the request and our kitchen’s production capability.
